Generations of Londoners have confronted many threats to their lives throughout London’s history.

That history shows London grows principally to serve the narrow commercial and political interests of rich and powerful people.

Londoners have not yet seen a consistent period when their city changes to serve the needs of the majority of its people.

In this spirit, London Intelligence features people often overlooked, ignored or misrepresented by other media.

The resistance of Londoners is an old story with still a long way to go.
